I wish all shoes were made with these already in them! I don’t know how I ever walked around all day in my shoes before these insoles. My gosh it really is a huge difference you can feel both while wearing them and after! My feet didn’t hurt and weren’t swollen at all. I have very high arches, plantar fasciitis and tendinitis and have tried several products with no results so it’s very gratifying to find something that actually works!!
