Affordable fitness tracker

A New Year means a new me!! 

I wanna try my best at losing weight and getting fit so I was excited when I found this fitness tracker heart rate activity tracker wristband by Eschone. 

It comes in three colors but I got mine in red.  There is so many features with this that its amazing.  You first have to hook up the Bluetooth on a smartphone... which at first confused me but got it figured out.  But the rest is pretty easy to figure out and understand.  The first screen is the time and date which while set when you set up your Bluetooth and download app. (You can set it to automatically turn on when you move hand or manually turn on when you want.. I choose auto) The second screen in the heart rate the third is one thing I love but was not advertised but I have high blood pressure and got to monitor my blood pressure and the third screen you can see your blood pressure, the fourth screen tells you the steps you take the fifth screen tells you the distance you walked the sixth screen tells you calories burned, the seventh screen is a sports screen so you can set it to a few different sports that you are playing so it can count accurately. The next screen is where you set the first screen with auto or manual as I mentioned and last screen gives the Bluetooth code and where you can turn off.  

Then there is the app that is loaded on phone where you can see your progress of sleep and will break down in percent on deep sleep, light sleep and percent you were awake during night.   You can also track from week month and year progress on how you did.  Like I said its got so many features I am still learning them all.

So far the only issue I have had was once in a great while it wont turn on and I have to wait a few minutes before it does... I don't know if its cause its trying to sync with app or what but it works great other then that. 

I would definetly recommend to those that are looking for a activity tracker with lots of features.. it is well worth the money spent.
