I really wanted to like these swim shorts because they are super cute, but once I put them on it was a whole different story. These swim shorts are cut and sewn exactly like guys swim trunks, and fit just like them too. Straight, flat, and not made to accommodate any type of curves at all. The reason I prefer swim shorts in the first place is because I have thick thighs and butt to match. Normal triangle bathing suit bottoms always bunch up and look and feel uncomfortable, so I opt for shorts. I'm not a BIG girl, but I've got curves I'm proud of. I'm 5'5", 150lbs, and a size 10-12, and honestly, I couldn't walk in these shorts without having to keep my legs straight and stiff like a robot. These shorts are definitely not meant for women who aren't shaped like a 10 year old boy. I'm not shaped like a Pringles® can, so I ended up giving these to my neighbor, he's 14 and they fit him great. So if you're like me and actually have a cury figure, these are definitely not the shorts for you. But if you've got a figure more like Kate Moss, these would probably look adorable in you.
