Impressive, but also Meh

This eyeliner and eyebrow 2 in 1 pencil impressed me quite a bit, while also not impressing me, which is a complicated thing to say since it sounds odd, but totally the truth. I didn't feel the eyebrow pencil was all that strong and dark, but when you are mostly blonde like me, you don't want something that will stand out. You want something you can easily outline with and blend. But the eyeliner is nice and dark, a bold black color that stays put despite wiping and smudging. Yet despite staying put and not fading, it easily wipes clean with makeup remover.
