These enshey resistance bands are amazing and exactly what I've been looking for and wanted. They are perfect for any extra challenges with yoga or workout. If you want to have toned glutes or just defined legs these are exactly what you need. These bands come in 5 different resistance strengths that is perfect for any beginners. You dont have to jump in but work up to the strongest. These bands are made of very high quality latex that will last a lifetime without breaking or snapping. I feel really comfortable pushing these to their limit and knowing I wont get smacked. Overall great buy and I highly recommend.
