Did Not Receive What I Purchased - Extremely Dissatisfied With Quality & This Company

If I could have given a 0 STAR RATING, I would have for this specific product. I usually do not give less than a 4 Star Rating for ANY product but in this case, I did. I did NOT receive what I paid for. I received one pack of 12 Gel Pen Refills and I was supposed to receive 48 Gel Pen Refills. When I first purchased this item, I was under the impression I was to receive 48 Gel Pens & 48 Gel Pen Refills but after reading, I realized that was not the case, I was only supposed to receive 48 Gel Pen Refills but I did not even receive that. When I contacted this seller, I did not receive a response to my initial email so I had to write a second email and it took the seller days to even respond to me. The seller basically blew me off at first telling me there was nothing they could do and I wrote back explaining I had not received what I paid for and this item was extremely overpriced for what it was anyway, even with the coupon. After I explained to the seller I did not receive what I paid for again, the seller demanded I return the product to them in CHINA and I pay for the return shipping then they would decide whether to refund me or to replace the product. I explained to the seller I did not have the money to pay the shipping to return the product to them in China, as it is expensive to send packages to China. The seller did not care and insisted I must return what I had received to them and then wait months for them to receive the product return and decide whether to issue a full refund or replacement and if they decided to issue a replacement, it would take another 45-60 days for me to receive it. Had all this happened, it would have taken at least between 90-120 days for a refund or replacement. The seller was also extremely hateful and not very pleasant whatsoever in the correspondence with me. The quality of these Gel Pen Refills is also crappy. Since I decided to just keep what I had received instead of paying $15-$20 more to return the product and wait months to receive a refund or replacement, I used some of the Gel Pen Refills I was sent. They are extremely low quality, they break open very easily, they barely write, some of the ink refill tubes are not even full and they color horribly. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and I am even more dissatisfied and disgusted with the seller of this product. Never again will I purchase from this seller, regardless of what they have or how good their coupons are. If you purchase from this seller, proceed with extreme caution because if you do not get what you pay for, do not expect the seller to help you in any way and prepare to pay return shipping to return the product to China and wait months for resolution. Also, be prepared to be treated badly and talked to like you're a criminal by this seller as they talked very, very rude to me. I do NOT recommend this product or this seller to anyone, ever, find another seller for this product for the best results.
