Solid phone stand

I purchased this stand so that I could use it next to my bed at night to hold my tablet. Sometimes I read on it or play games, and I use it as an alarm clock. I actually liked this stand so much that I have not only been using it by my bed, but also carrying it into my office to use during the day. Due to the way that it is set up, you can plug a cable in either through the bottom (there is a large opening so pretty much any cord should be able to easily fit), or on either side. I was able to use it with my tablet in both a landscape and a portrait positioning without fear of it falling over, and it has pads on both the bottom of the lip that holds the tablet and the area that touches the back of the tablet so that it doesn't get scratched. I say tablet, but this also works for phones without issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 Note and it fits on there just fine without fear of tipping also. The bottom has anti-slip pads on it, so the stand doesn't slide away from you while using, and it is a very solid stand. The metal doesn't easily bend, and I encountered no sharp edges or other issues. The stand itself is a black matte, which pretty much matches anything, so it isn't an eyesore at all. Overall, this is a very nice stand for the price and I would highly recommend it.
