BLACK BUNGEE DOG LEASH & COLLAR SET

~ What ~
This set contains a black reflective nylon dog leash and a matching adjustable polyester buckled collar. Measuring 59 inches long when stretched out and almost 1 inch wide, the leash has a handle loop with a metal car seatbelt bracket on one end and a metal lobster claw hook with a grab handle on the other. The collar has a plastic black buckle with an adjustable strap with the circumference of 15.75 to 21.65 inches and is also almost an inch wide. Both items arrive in cellophane bags, ready for giving.

~ Why ~
Having a 43-pound beagle, we walk him 3 or more miles a day, so we need a reliable, strong leash. I like that large rotatable toggle clip is made of durable metal. I also appreciate there is a corded elastic 12-inch bungee section with a supportive grab handle. The collar fits comfortably on our dog.

~ Why Not ~
Some may prefer retractable leashes, not realizing how the cord can injure their fingers. Others may not like that the leash can stretch, but it does give a dog some leeway when walking.

~ Wish ~
With the leash only being about 40 inches long when not stretched, it is rather short for what we are used to using. I wish other colors were available.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a sturdy, well-made dog leash that is made out of durable nylon and comes with a matching collar, this is a good choice even it if is not that long.
