fast and easy to read

I was looking to replace my current instant read thermometer because it was hard to read and the readings began to become erratic. I have been searching for a meat thermometer that would give me an accurate temperature and was easy to read. I found this thermometer from LDesign. It gives me a fast reading in a matter of seconds and has a nice backlit display that is very easy to read. I like that it has a built-in magnet on the back so that I can stick it to my fridge, stove or grill so it will always be handy.

The large handle is made of plastic which makes it really lightweight. The metal probe is about 4 inches long and rotates 180 degrees which allows me to get the perfect angle to get a reading. This is handy for taking readings in my Ninja Foodie, InstaPot or Crockpot. I can use this instant read thermometer for grilling, baking, candy making and more. It needs a AAA battery which does not come included.
