This eye mask feels absolutely amazing! I suffer from dry eyes and sometimes towards the end of the day after I take out my contacts, my eyes hurt and feel so gritty. I like to warm this up, put it on and just relax. It really feels so good. I also like it cold for when my eyes are feeling really itchy. Luckily, I haven’t had any headaches or sinus issues to try this on but I’m confident it will be perfect for those times. Both sides work, but I’m partial to the softer side. Though, the gel beaded side is good for it to somewhat conform to your own personal features. The adjustable strap is a great idea. I like to use the mask somewhat tighter for the heat therapy and looser for cold. Great stocking stuffer idea!
